1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless context requires otherwise:

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Process

You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. kawbet shall not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.3 KYC Verification

3.4 Account Security

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits made available by kawbet are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds conditions. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

6.3 Bonus Abuse

kawbet reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to the exploitation of promotional terms through low-risk wagering strategies, matched betting using bonus funds, or the coordination of betting activity across multiple accounts to abuse promotional terms.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds not wagered within the validity period specified on the relevant promotion page will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's Account. kawbet will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.

6.5 Promotional Eligibility

kawbet reserves the right to restrict promotional eligibility based on Player history, geographic location, account activity, or any other factor determined at the Company's sole discretion. Players who have previously self-excluded are not eligible to participate in any promotional offers during or following a self-exclusion period.

7. Gameplay, Fairness & Technical Standards

9. Responsible Gaming

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit:

• Commercial use of any kawbet branding, trademarks, or game content

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits kawbet's liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulation law.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by kawbet

kawbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, is accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction, or where required by PAGCOR directive or applicable Philippine law.

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), kawbet reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding Account balance. Where an Account is closed at the Player's voluntary request and no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus restrictions) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period.

12.3 Termination by Player

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting kawbet's support team via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed within three business days. Players with active self-exclusion in place who attempt to reopen their Account within the exclusion period will have such requests declined.

13. Amendments to These Terms

kawbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the kawbet Platform shall first be submitted to kawbet's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. kawbet commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within five (5) business days and resolving them within thirty (30) business days where reasonably practicable.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through kawbet's internal process may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with the applicable regulatory complaint procedures. Players also retain any rights available under Philippine consumer protection legislation. For disputes submitted to formal legal proceedings, the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall apply.
